MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The SSAC announced the 2025 SSAC Men's Soccer Players of the Week, presented by WinWon. Finn Seijsener of Life was named SSAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week and Damien Fortin of Thomas was named SSAC Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week. The awards are for the week of Sept. 8-14.
 
Offensive: Finn Seijsener (Life – SO – FWD – Apeldoorn, Netherlands)

• This is his second-career honor
• Seijsener helped the Running Eagles collect a 3-3 tie with SCAD Savannah
• The sophomore produced a hat trick off the bench and has eight goals on the season

 
Defensive: Damien Fortin (Thomas – SO – GK – Shippagan, NB, Canada)

• This is his first-career honor
• Led Thomas to a 1-1 draw with #17 Keiser
• The sophomore collected 10 saves in the game to pick up the tie
