General Information
The Thomas University Athletic Communications Department is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to a variety of customers, including media, student-athletes, coaches and fans. TU Athletic Communications report on and publicize all 16 varsity sports and in addition to upholding and improving the image of the Intercollegiate Athletics Department on Thomas University's Thomasville, Ga., campus and Thomas University in general. The TU Athletic Communications Department writes the content for Thomas University's Athletic website, http://www.tunighthawks.com, arranges all interviews with student-athletes and coaches, compiles and archives statistics, writes game stories, and produces media guides, advertisements and publications materials for all sports.

Media Credentials
For all sporting events please email tthomas@thomasu.edu for permission to take photos and videos. Those who want sideline access must ask 24 hours in advance. 

Media Requests
The latest information on Thomas University Athletics is updated daily on http://www.tunighthawks.com. All interview requests with student-athletes, administrative staff, or coaches must be coordinated with the Athletic Communications Department at least 24 hours in advance. 

Student-Athlete Media Information and Release Form
Each year, new student-athletes to the Thomas University Athletic Department will need to fill out an Athletic Communications Media Information and Release form.  This form provides our athletic department with information that allows us to create player profiles, biographies, and roster information as well as provide contact and coverage to the student-athlete's hometown media, newspapers, and television news sources.  This form can be accessed by clicking here.

University Colors and Official Logos
Hunter Green (Pantone 349C/ Hex Code #006338) is the official color of Thomas University. Gray, black,and white may also be used as secondary colors as long as hunter green is the primary color used. The corresponding color table below displays the official color settings and mixtures for each of Thomas University's colors.
