THOMASVILLE, Ga. – The Thomas University Women's soccer team will travel up US-19 for its lone night contest of the season Wednesday against NCAA DII Albany State.
The Night Hawks (3-3) come off the SUN Conference/Southern States Athletic Conference Challenge that included contests against Mobile and #1 William Carey. Over the weekend, TU saw its underclassmen gain valuable minutes, as Sophomore
Jade Slaybaugh played 173 minutes and Freshman
McKenna Swartzman 136 minutes.
Albany State (1-4) heads into Wednesday's contest with only five goals on the season. The Golden Rams have seen limited opportunities on offense, averaging under nine shots a match. Thuto Ramafifi and Ambar Riquelme lead the Golden Rams with two goals apiece.
