THOMASVILLE, Ga. - The Night Hawks earned a crucial 4-0 victory against the Tennessee Southern Firehawks on Thursday afternoon at TU Soccer Complex.
From the onset, Thomas took a firm grip on the match, setting the tone with a halftime lead of 2-0. The scoring opened with a crucial penalty kick by
Alex Ruane at the 24th minute, marking the game-winning goal. This was followed by additional goals from
Diego Saenz,
Connor Parry, and
Findlay Cook, with
Diego Sanchez providing an assist for Cook's goal. The Night Hawks' defense held strong, not conceding any goals, resulting in a combined clean sheet by keepers
Jorge Gonzalez and
Damien Fortin.
