LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - In a challenging regular season finale, the Night Hawks were defeated by the Georgia Gwinnett Grizzlies on Saturday afternoon.
Georgia Gwinnett's offense found success throughout the contest, spearheaded by two goals in the first half. And two goals in the second.Â
The game was the first start for Thomas goalkeeper
Damien Fortin as he faced a challenging game but managed to save seven shots. Â
Ryan Donnelly saw his first minutes of the season, logging in 21 off of the bench, freshmen
Tyler Lau and
Edward Sack both played valuable minutes and Graduate Student
Yusuf Razzaq started and logged 66 minutes as well.
Setback aside, the Night Hawks turn their focus to the postseason now as await who they will face in the quarterfinal of the SSAC Conference Tournament.
