Danville, AL | The Night Hawks traveled to Northwest Alabama to face other SSAC opponents in the conference cross-country meet.  While the Women's team did not register a team score, the Men's team was able to place eighth.  For Thomas, this was their first time competing in the conference tournament.

Earning all-conference honors were Justin Tomison and Cassandra Richards.  Tomison ran the 8K course with a time of 26:02.21, good for ninth place, and Richards ran the 6K course with a time of 23:30.54, good for eighth place.

The season comes to and end for the Night Hawk cross-country runners, as no one from Thomas had a qualifying time good enough to qualify for the NAIA national meet.
