MBB Release 22-23 Schedule

THOMASVILLE,GA-  The anticipation continues to build as the start of the revamped Thomas University Men's basketball season inches closer.  On Thursday, the program released its schedule for the upcoming season, featuring 27 opponents.

 This season's slate will include a SUN Conference schedule that returns to a double round-robin format, featuring 16 games. TU will also take part in two tournaments this year, which includes a home classic in the Rose City.

Thomas is scheduled to open the season on the road for a weekend trip at Life University for the annual Life University Classic, which includes the Green and White playing the host squad (October 28th) and the Roadrunners of Dalton State on October  29th. TU will then take a rest in action for a few days before facing off against Texas A & M-Texarkana and Tennessee Southern for the TU Classic on November 4th and 6th.

TU will prepare for SUN Conference play on November 10th against Keiser University in West Palm Beach, Fla before the Seahawks return the trip to the Rose City on January 21st. Thomas will step away from SUN Conference action for a matchup on the road against Trinity Baptist on November 14th. On November 17th, the Night Hawks will get ready to face off against Ave Maria on the road as the Gyrenes will return the trip on January 28th.

TU will take a trip to the Furnace to compete against Southeastern University on November 19th as the Fire will return the trip to the Rose City on January 26th. 

Thomas will step away from SUN Conference action and recover for a matchup against Trinity Baptist on November 22nd in the Rose City. The Green and White will return to conference play with a contest against St.Thomas on January 3rd before returning the trip to Miami Gardens, Fla on February 2nd. The Night Hawks will face off against Florida Tech on the road on December 4th, then gear up for a matchup against Brewton Parker on January 8th.

The Green and White will hit the court against the University of the Virgin Islands on January 14th before hitting the road for the annual Embry Riddle Classic. Thomas will play the host school, Embry Riddle University on January 16th followed by a matchup with Davis and Elkins College on January 17th.  

TU will then prepare for conference play against Warner University before returning the trip down to West Lake, Fla on February 9th. Later that week on January 5th, Thomas will face off on the road against Webber International on January 7th before the Warriors return the trip to the Rose City for Senior Day on February 11th. Later in the week the Night Hawks will face off against Coastal Georgia on the road on February 14th. 

Thomas will then wrap non-conference action against the University of Fort Lauderdale January 19th.
