Thomas University Women's Soccer (10-7) (6-3 TSC) defeated Webber International University (5-8-7) (3-5-1 TSC), 3-2 to end their regular season for 2014.

WIU took the early lead, 1-0, seven minutes into the match. TU deadlocked the match in the thirtieth minute when Freshman Kaleigh Premo (1A) assisted Senior Jenny Hernandez (3G). The remaining fifteen minutes of the first half were unsuccessful on goal.

TU then took the lead approximately two minutes into the second half with Junior Adrianna Johnson (1A) assisting Hernandez for her second goal of the game and giving TU the 2-1 lead over the Lady Warriors. WIU answered back with a goal off a header and challenged TU yet again, tying the game at 2. The Lady Night Hawks and #21 Hernandez struck for the third and final time, nesting the 3-2 win and closing out the 2014 season.

"It was a great way to wrap up the regular season," said TU Head Women's Soccer Coach, Julie Orlowski. "We have more preparation to do, but we are eager for the post-season opportunities."

The Lady Night Hawks will open their post-season Thursday, November 6^th. Their opponent and the location are to be determined after the conclusion of the final match among the conference opponents.
