Michelle Edwards has been named the Student-Athlete of the week for October 12-18, 2015.

This past week, Edwards led the way for Thomas’ women’s golf team at the TU Fall Invitational finishing the two round event 10th overall as an individual.  The right-handed, Winterville, Ga., native shot a first round 75 and finished with a 79 second round to finish +10 for the tournament.  Her individual effort propelled the 18th-ranked Lady Night Hawks to a sixth place finish.  As a unit, the Lady Night Hawks finished with a two round total 630 (+54).
