Senior Alyssa Denton has been named the Student-Athlete of the week for October 5-11, 2015.

Alyssa has been a four-year member of the Lady Night Hawks soccer team where, so far, she has played in 64 matches collecting four goals and nine assists. The Thomasville, Ga., native has played in 12 of the team’s 13 matches this season, anchoring the defensive back line.  This past week, Denton led the Lady Night Hawks to its first shutout victory of the season over Johnson & Wales.
