Junior Stone Cowie has been named the Student-Athlete of the week for March 16-23, 2015.

Cowie led the twenty-second ranked men’s golf team to a fifth place finish at the Sand Shark Classic hosted by USC-Beaufort.  The Crawfordville, Fla., native started the three round tournament with a +2, (74) and steadily improved each round.  The junior shot a -1 (71) in round two and finished his final round with a -2 (70).  Individually, Cowie finished the tournament tied for fifth. 

Stone is a business management major.
