Night Hawks Dominate Skyhawks 47-6

THOMASVILLE, Ga. — Destiny Lockett accounted for six touchdowns as Thomas pulled away early and cruised past Point 47–6 in a SUN Conference matchup Thursday afternoon.

Thomas (9-6, 4-4) scored on six of its first seven possessions and led 33–0 at halftime, building the margin behind Lockett's dual‑threat performance. Lockett threw for four touchdowns and ran for two more, finishing with 197 passing yards and 38 rushing yards.

Kam King added in a passing touchdownArie'Yona Christion caught two touchdown passes, including a 37-yard score in the second quarter, while Dyva Jones and Neka Dean added receiving touchdowns as Thomas totaled 329 yards of offense.

The defense set the tone early for Thomas, intercepting two passes and recording multiple stops on downs in the first half. Ameari Logan and Lockett each had interceptions, helping limit Point to five first downs through three quarters.

Point broke through at the final horn when Corriah Williams connected with Nyleigha Knighton on a 42-yard touchdown pass as time expired.

Thomas controlled possession for more than 31 minutes and converted four fourth downs to keep drives alive.

Thomas faces Brewton-Parker Christian for the first time ever in MT. VERNON, Ga. this Saturday to close the regular season and SUN Conference play.
