TAMPA, Fla. – Keelin Coleman and Kiana Acol were named SUN Conference Offensive and Defensive Player of the week announced by the conference on Monday. 

The awards are based on performances from April 7 to April 13.

This is the third career weekly award for Coleman, who has become a phenom in her freshman season. Coleman was extremely efficient for the Night Hawks going 13-16 for 196 yards and seven touchdowns with her best performance coming against Daytona State where she completed 9 of 10 passes for 173 yards and five touchdowns.

For Acol, this is first career weekly honor for the senior in a week where she put on a show where she had two interceptions with one being returned for a touchdown and the other she took most of the way before lateraling it back to a teammate for another score. On a punt return, she received a lateral which she took the distance for a touchdown. She made some magic on the offensive side of the ball by catching a touchdown as well.
