The lead swelled to 17 1:16 into the third quarter after a Montisano trey, and the Night Hawks took a 52-39 advantage into the fourth.

A 7-0 Life run in a 1:03 span brought the Running Eagles within five with 5:14 to play, but Thomas countered with an 11-4 spurt, ending with consecutive buckets by Montisano from deep, to push its advantage back to 12 at the 3:06 mark.
