DeAndre King led Saint Leo in scoring with 20 points on a 6-of-15 performance from the field, all from beyond the arc. Isaiah Hill returned to the double-digit scoring column with a 10-point performance with four rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal.

Rollins opened play on its home court with a 11-1 run. The Tars closed the half on a 14-1 run to take a 44-28 lead into the break.

After a Saint Leo layup to open the second period, Rollins went on an 8-0 run to take 52-30 lead with 16:32 on the clock. Rollins led 72-43 with 6:07 to play. Saint Leo used a 10-2 run to close the gap, but the Tars recorded the 23-point win at home.
