MARION, In.-  Michael Eady placed 17th with a time of 21.33 in the 200-meter dash preliminaries on Wednesday, May 22 at the Men's NAIA Track and Field Championships and did not qualify for Friday's final.  He entered the meet ranked ninth in the country.
 
Head Coach Scott Gowan said "Although Michael did not have the day he would have liked today, he had a great year in 2024. He set a new TU school record in the 200M and also won the SSAC 200-meter conference title last month in Gulf Shores, Alabama."
 
Eady is set to compete today in the 100-meter dash where he will compete at 3:40 p.m. ET.  The top nine finishers will compete in the finals on Friday.
 
Senior native of Albany, Ga. Tyrese Henderson is scheduled to compete in the Men's Triple Jump on Friday, May 24 at 1:30 p.m. ET.

Hudl TV will be the official home of the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championship streaming. It will broadcast as many events as possible.
