The Night Hawks (2-1-1) rallied together for two goals in the second half to beat the Eagles in the highly contested hot afternoon contest.
Playing in its second consecutive home game, TU once again dominated home-field with a defensive masterclass limiting the Eagles to just a pair of shots on goal.

Heading into the final 45, the score remained 0-0 until the 68th minute, when Thomas' Luiz Achieta got fouled in the box drawing a PK. The penalty was then slotted into the net by sophomore defender Alex Ruane, marking the first of goal of Ruane's career.
The Night Hawks continued to put the game to rest in the 81st minute as Diego Sanchez found the back of the net off an assist from Andres Abeja. The header from Sanchez marked the second goal of his career and it was also the first career assist for Abeja.
Up next, the Night Hawks will travel to Middle Georgia on Friday to kickoff at 4 p.m. in Cochran, Georgia.
