THOMASVILLE, Ga. – The Thomas University women's basketball team fell, 51-35, to Life University Saturday afternoon at TU Gymnasium.

Lenise Santiago and
Jade Studamire each knocked down a pair of 3-pointers on their way to eight points apiece.

Sonya Dozier ripped down 10 boards, and
Dejah Wilson grabbed seven for the Night Hawks.

Life jumped out to the 15-10 first-quarter lead, then went into the halftime locker room with the 27-18 edge. Life posted 12 more points in the third quarter, then outscored Thomas 12-11 in the final period. Â

Thomas is back in action next weekend when the Night Hawks travel to Florida to face Ave Maria University Nov. 17, then play at No. 6 Southeastern University in Lakeland Nov. 19.
