THOMASVILLE, Ga. – The Thomas University Women's swimming team made sure Senior Day would be a memorable one, defeating first-year program Ave Maria 100-63 Saturday afternoon at Butler-Mason YMCA.
 
The Night Hawks finished its home slate of meets this season winning every event that featured a TU team or swimmer.  In every event that featured both teams, Thomas defeated the Gyrenes by at least two or more seconds.
 
Senior Hope McNair dominated both of her individual events, decisively winning the 200-yard Freestyle event with a 2:02.07 time that beat AMU's Anna Repasi by more than 21 seconds before taking the 500-yard Freestyle title (5:34.12), outswimming Brooke Mandziuk by nearly a minute.
 
Fellow Senior Chardonay Tophia won both the 50-yard and 100-yard Freestyle events with respective times of 0:26.46 and 0:59.75.
