THOMASVILLE, Ga. – The Thomas University Men's swimming team showed the Rose City a glimpse of what is to come in the 2021-22 season, as the Night Hawks came away with blowout wins over South Georgia State College (163-49) and Point University (171-52) Saturday evening at the Butler-Mason YMCA.
Initially scheduled as a Tri-Meet, last minute changes turned Saturday's contest into a double dual meet, but that did not stop Thomas from displaying a profound performance, winning 13 of 14 total events. While the Night Hawks aced the 200-Yard Medley relay (1:38.25), the clean sweep of events slipped through the team's talons, as Point bested the Green & White in the 200-yard Freestyle relay by a little over half a second.
Senior
Wyatt Dalton continues to be the Backstroke master, winning the 100-yard (0:54.85) and 200-Yard (2:03.52) events.
