THOMASVILLE, Ga. – The Thomas University men's soccer team fell, 3-0, to No. 12 St. Thomas University Saturday afternoon at the TU Soccer Complex.
The Night Hawks fall to 4-8 overall and 2-3 in the Sun Conference while STU improves to 9-1, 3-1.Â
TU outshot STU 7-6 in the second half, but St. Thomas scored three goals in the period to take the win.Â
Jack Chambers and
Gavin Rochford-Smith each attempted four shots, and three of Rochford-Smith's were on goal.Â
Ben Barnes made seven saves in 90 minutes in goal.Â
Thomas next travels to West Palm Beach, Fla., to face Keiser University, which is receiving votes in the NAIA Coaches Top 25 poll, on Oct. 19.Â
