WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - No. 6 Thomas lost a dual meet at No. 1 Keiser (Fla.), 105-84.5, on Saturday afternoon at Lake Lytal Family Aquatic Center.

"It was a very close meet, and we swam really well despite not having as many entrants as Keiser," Night Hawks coach Malcolm Hosford said. "We're missing a few guys right now, but if we can get them back, we'll be even more formidable."

The Night Hawks' Vincent Lijoi won the 1,650 freestyle in 15:54.57, 500 freestyle in 4:56.77 and 400 individual medley in 4:20.98. Alex Haymond and Ethan Bainbridge finished first and second, respectively, in the 200 freestyle. Perry Lindo took first place in the 50 freestyle with a mark of 21.07 seconds and 100 freestyle in 47.10 seconds. Kevin Bohr took second in the 200 breaststroke in 2:15.05. Bainbridge also placed second in the 100 butterfly after touching the wall in 53.06 seconds.

Thomas takes part in the Sun Coast Conference Championships Feb. 8-10 inside the Columbus Aquatic Center in Columbus, Ga.
