VALLEY, Ala. - No. 4 Thomas won at Point (Ga.), 174-56, and defeated Life (Ga.), 181-26, on Saturday afternoon inside Valley Community Center.

Vincent Lijoi won the 1,000 freestyle in 10:26.42, 200 butterfly in 2:03.96 and 200 individual medley in 2:03.17.
Alex Haymond won the 200 freestyle in 1:49.21 and 100 freestyle with a time of 47.82 seconds.
Juan Pablo Robles took first place in the 100 backstroke with a mark of 58.62 seconds and 200 backstroke in 2:09.40.
Kevin Bohr won the 100 breaststroke after touching the wall in 1:02.64 and 200 breaststroke in 2:16.75.
Perry Lindo won the 50 freestyle in 21.90 seconds.
Ethan Bainbridge won the 100 butterfly with a mark of 54.01 seconds.Â
The 200 medley relay team of Robles, Bohr,
Sah Ali Ayric and Haymond finished first in 1:41.95. The 400 freestyle relay team of Lindo, Bainbridge, Robles and Haymond took the top spot in 3:20.64.
Thomas travels to No. 1 Keiser (Fla.) for a dual meet on Saturday, Jan. 20, at 10 a.m. ET.
