THOMASVILLE, Ga. – The Thomas University softball team knocked off Concordia University (Mich.), 7-1 and 3-1, on Tuesday at Armory Field.
The Night Hawks improved to 18-5, while the Cardinals fell to 3-7 on the season. TU hosts Cumberland University (Tenn.) in a double header starting at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Armory Field.
GAME ONE
The Night Hawks plated five runs in the fourth inning off three bunts and a single.
Brittany Daniels went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBI's, while
Taishadlene Kirindongo hit 2-for-2 with a run scored.
Trinity Strickland threw six innings with one run on four hits and struck out two, while
Luana Imamura pitched the last inning with no runs on no hits.
