THOMASVILLE, Ga. – The Thomas University women's basketball team slipped up to St. Thomas, 67-55, on Saturday at the TU Gymnasium on senior day.

The Night Hawks fell to 8-14, 5-9 in The Sun Conference, while the Bobcats improved to 12-13, 8-6 in TSC. TU travels to Lake Wakes, Fla. to play Warner (Fla.) on Thursday at 6 p.m.

Kriza Allen led the Night Hawks with 21 points and seven rebounds. While Arianna Anderson added 10 points and six rebounds. J'Nyiah Daniels tied the team-high with seven rebounds and added nine points.

Daniels tied the game at 6-6 before St. Thomas went on a 13-0 run and took a 19-6 lead. TU ended the first quarter on a 7-0 run but trailed 21-15.

The Bobcats opened the second half on a 12-2 run and held a 33-17 lead, their largest of the game. The Night Hawks ended the half on a 6-2 run, while STU led 39-27 at the break.

Allen converted two free throws and brought the game within single digits at 48-40. STU led 50-40 heading into the fourth quarter.

Allen knocked down a jumper in the paint that cut the St. Thomas lead to 57-52 with three minutes to play in the game. The Bobcats ended the game on an 8-2 run.
