Lady Wildcats Claw Lady Night Hawks


Thomasville, Ga. - The visiting Johnson & Wales University Lady Wildcats (4-15, 3-9) clawed the host TU Lady Night Hawks (11-10, 6-5), 64-58, on Saturday afternoon at the Thomas University Gymnasium.

Thomas wasted a 38-23 halftime lead, being outscored 41-20 over the final 20 minutes of the game. Senior Bria Joyner recorded her 8th double-double of the season, after dropping 14 points while collecting 10 boards.

TU returns to action on Monday when they travel to Miami Gardens, Fla. to face St. Thomas University in TSC tilt beginning at 6p.m.
