Ni'Ja Seals was named interim flag football coach in June 2025 and was named full-time coach in October 2025.
From Crestview, Florida, Seals brings 11 years of flag football experience to Thomas University. Her collegiate journey began in 2019 as a student-athlete with University of Central Florida’s nationally ranked NIRSA team. In 2021 Seals developed her coaching skills as the defensive coordinator and assistant coach at Crestview High School.
Recruited by Coach Parmer, Seals joined Thomas University’s inaugural flag football team in 2022 as a team captain and competed for three seasons. After earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2024, She transitioned into a graduate assistant, recruiting coordinator, and assistant head coach role in 2025 while pursing a Master's Degree in Counseling.
