Ralph Sanders was promoted to Head Coach of Thomas University's softball's JV team after his daughter Jessica was recently promoted to Head Coach of the Varsity team. Sanders has been with the Night Hawks' softball program since 2015, serving as a Volunteer Coach the first two seasons before spending the last six as an Athletic Assistant Coach.
