Ralph Sanders is in his fifth year as the JV Head Coach of the Night Hawks softball program and 12th overall in 2026. Sanders has been with the Night Hawks' softball program since 2015, serving as a Volunteer Coach the first two seasons before spending six seasons as an Athletic Assistant Coach. He was promoted to Head Coach of Thomas University's softball's JV team after his daughter Jessica Sanders was promoted to Head Softball Coach in September 2021.
 

Sanders was inducted into the Bowdon High School Hall of Fame in November 2022. He coached several sports which included softball, wrestling and Track/Field to name a few. In October 2005, Sanders helped lead the Bowdon High School "Red Devilettes" to their first ever Georgia High School Association Class A State Softball Championship while his daughter Jessica also served on his staff as an assistant coach.
