Mike Millikan serves as the Director of Player Personnel while also serving as a defensive line coach for the Thomas University military transition football program.
The Summertown, Tenn. native comes to Thomas after a decade long coaching stint at Summertown High School, where he helped start a program from the ground and see them to perennial playoff team. Millikan's efforts recently guided the Eagles to two playoff appearances in the last three seasons.
Prior to his coaching tenure Millikan served in the Army and was awarded the Combat Action Badge after a 15 month long combat deployment from September 2007 - December 2008.
Millikan, his wife Melissa and their five children Dillian (21), Lillian (8), Lyla (7), Garrett (3), and Allison (2 mos.) reside in Thomasville.
