Errick is entering his 12th season as a college baseball coach. He is currently in his 6th season as the head Junior Varsity baseball coach and assistant varsity coach for Thomas University. He oversees all JV baseball activities and his primary duties with the varsity team include working with both the hitters and the infielders. Since Errick has been a part of the program, the nighthawks fielding percentage is the highest it’s been in school history.
Fox played for the Brewton Parker Baron's for four years under Head Coach Boo Mullins. During his four-year career at Brewton-Parker, Errick posted a career batting average of .370 with a .981 fielding percentage. During his senior year, his team was ranked 4th in the country, and he led the team with a .390 batting average and only committed three errors the entire season. He won several conference awards during his senior season. After his career was over, he stayed at Brewton Parker to become the assistant baseball coach. During his few years there, the team had three winning seasons and was ranked 9th in the country (2014). In his tenure at Brewton Parker, Fox had five players reach the professional level.
From 2015-2017 Fox served as the assistant baseball coach for the ABAC Stallions, located in Tifton, GA. During his time there, the team earned three postseasons birth, and in 2017 was ranked in the top 25 of the NJCAA preseason polls.
During the summer, Coach Fox works with the Savannah Bananas. He has been a part of that organization since the summer of 2018. During his time there, the team has been ranked in the top three of all offensive stats in the CPL league, and they have also had several players reach the professional level. They also won back to back Coastal Plain League championships in the 2021 and 2022 seasons.
Errick is a native of Atlanta, GA, where he attended Lithonia High School. Errick has a twin brother named Derrick who played professional baseball for nine seasons. He is married to Carly and they have two sons, Mac (6), Elam (2), and a daughter Michialyn (7 months old).
