Thomas University Athletics

Drew enters his third season at Thomas University in the 2026-2027 academic year and his fifth year coaching baseball overall.

Drew began his coaching career in 2022 at Swain County High School, where he spent one season helping develop student-athletes and building a strong foundation in coaching. In 2023, he joined North Arkansas College as Pitching Coach, helping guide the program to a 35-18 record. Along with overseeing the pitching staff, he assisted with recruiting, practice planning, and player development.

Drew joined Thomas University as a Graduate Assistant during the 2024-2025 academic year, contributing to the development of the Night Hawks' pitching staff while gaining valuable collegiate coaching experience. Prior to the 2025-2026 season, he was elevated to Head JV Coach and Assistant Coach, expanding his role within the program and taking on additional responsibilities in player development and on-field instruction.
