BLUE MOUNTAIN, Miss. - The Night Hawks were overcome by the Blue Mountain Toppers in Tyler Gym on Thursday evening. Thomas fell behind in the first half 59-24 after the Toppers shot 61 percent from the floor and 58 percent beyond the arc.
The second half saw an adjusted effort by the Night Hawks but they were not able to get anything going.
Tieraney Bolton led all scorers with 16 points and three rebounds.
LaTarius Montgomery followed with 12 points, seven rebounds, a pair of assists and blocks along with a steal.
The Night Hawks (7-12, 3-7 SSAC) return to action on the road on when they travel to Pulaski to face UT Southern.
