SAVANNAH Ga. - The Night Hawks found themselves in a 1-1 stalemate against a strong opponent in the SCAD Savannah Bees Saturday evening at the SAC.
After a tough outing at home against the Southeastern Fire during the week the Night Hawks looked to bounce back on the weekend road match against SCAD Savannah.
Alex Ruane connected with
Connor Parry and put the Night Hawks on the board at the end of the first half in the 41
st minute to give the Night Hawks the lead. Just seven minutes into the second half Mario Goic had an equalizer to bring the stalemate result.
Thomas had 13 total shots with seven on goal.
Jorge Gonzalez totaled seven saves and stood the full 90 minutes in goal.
Thomas returns to action at home for the first conference match against Life University at 4:30 pm on Wednesday.
