MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Southern States Athletic Conference announced the 2024 Barnes & Noble College Softball Scholar-Athlete Team and Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
Stillman's Lauren Haskins was named 2024 Barnes & Noble College Softball Scholar-Athlete of the Year. The senior Criminal Justice major finished with a 3.86 GPA. On the field, she earned SSAC Player of the Year and First-Team All-Conference honors, while batting.424 with seven homers, 32 RBI and 45 stolen bases.

To be eligible, student-athletes must be a sophomore or above in both academic and athletic standing, must be starters or important reserves, have at least a 3.3 cumulative GPA and have competed in 50% of competitions
Graduate students are not eligible, and transfers must have completed one semester at the school
