Starting QB,
Alexa Wilson, quickly realized her legs were going to help Thomas win this game. Wilson had 75 rushing yards. Her quickness was the reason why the Night Hawks saw the end zone first. To end the 1st qtr,
Gisele Jones caught a TD in the end zone to make the score 6-0, and with the PAT being good, it was now 7-0.
The defense held it down, making the Bobcats punt the ball away on most of their drives.
Janae Scott had a phenomenal game with 5 tackles and 2 break up passes. To end the first half, freshman rusher
Kaitlyn Herb batted the ball down while it was being thrown and she caught her own tipped ball and returned it to the end zone, for a pick-six. The end of the half the score was 19-0 in favor of TU.

However, it was the opposite for the Night Hawks offense.
