THOMASVILLE, GA | Night Hawks outfielder, Grace Hodges (So., Loganville, GA) was chosen as the SSAC Softball Player of the Week for the week ending March 3, 2024. In four games, Hodges batted .700 (7/10), produced one RBI, stole a base, and scored two runs. During those at-bats, the sophomore compiled 8 total bases and one double. In the Night Hawks' two wins over the weekend, the Loganville native went a combined 4-for-5 at the dish to lead the Night Hawks to victory. This is Hodges' first-career weekly honor. Hodges will look to continue her hot hitting as Thomas is set to begin SSAC Conference play this week. The Night Hawks will face Brewton-Parker College in a conference matchup on Thursday at Armory Field. The series will feature a doubleheader beginning a 1 pm.
