THOMASVILLE, Ga. – Senior
Lenise Santiago recorded 16 points, six assists, two rebounds and a steal in Thomas University's 58-52 loss to Webber International University Thursday on Senior Night at the TU Gymnasium.

The Night Hawks led, 35-22 at the half, but were outscored 17-2 in the third quarter to fall behind by two. The game was tied at 41 with seven minutes to go, then WIU jumped ahead by seven points over the next three minutes. TU cut the margin to one, 50-49, at the 2:14 mark, then WIU hit a pair of jumpers in the paint. A trey from Santiago with a minute to play drew the score within two, but WIU hit a layup and a pair of free throws to end the game with a 6-point victory.

Santiago's 3-pointer in the final minute was one of three from the senior on the night.

Dejah Wilson added 15 points and 10 rebounds for her sixth double-double of the season.
Jade Studamire added 15 points, draining a trio of 3-pointers and
Destiny Hill pulled down 10 rebounds, her fourth game with double-digit rebounds.

The Night Hawks have three games remaining in the season, all on the road. Next up, TU plays at Warner University in Lake Wales, Fla., on Saturday, Feb. 11 at 2 p.m. in Sun Conference action.
