LAKELAND, Fla. – The Thomas University men's basketball team fell to the St. Thomas University Bobcats, 105-87, in the semifinal round of the Sun Conference Tournament Friday evening.

Jarvis Brown lit up the net for Thomas, scoring 26 points in 19 minutes, hitting 10-of-17 from the field including four from long range added to a pair of free throws.

Tim Williamson recorded a double-double with 16 points and 10 boards while
Jordan Booker added 15 points, hitting all eight of his free throws, and four assists and four steals.

The Night Hawks hit 43.9 percent (29-66) from the field, 42.1 percent (8-19) from three and 75.0 percent (21-28) at the line. TU committed just eight turnovers and forced 12.

St. Thomas jumped out to a 12-0 lead, and held a 57-43 halftime edge. TU was unable to catch up in the second period, falling 105-87.

The Night Hawks, who were nationally ranked for five consecutive weeks, are 18-8 overall and 11-5 in the Sun Conference.
