THOMASVILLE, Ga. – Thomas University sophomore
Dejah Wilson put up 15 points and grabbed nine boards in the Night Hawks' 59-56 loss to University of Fort Lauderdale Thursday at the TU Gymnasium.

The game was tied at the half, then Fort Lauderdale took a six-point lead heading into the fourth quarter. UFL owned a 12-point lead with five minutes to go in the game, then Thomas went on a 12-3 run, but came up three points short to take the loss.

This is Wilson's 13th game with nine-or-more rebounds, and her 10th straight. She has also scored double digit points in three outings. Wilson added three steals and an assist as TU fell to 1-16 on the season.

Lenise Santiago netted 20 points, hitting a trio of 3-pointers, and dished out six assists.
Sierra Bell drained four from long range, posting her season high 12 points.

Thomas is now preparing for a three-game Sun Conference homestand, hosting Keiser Jan. 21 at 2 p.m., followed by Southeastern at 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 26, then Ave Maria Jan. 28 at 2 p.m., all in the TU Gymnasium.
