VALDOSTA, Ga. – Thomas University senior Joe Bannan tied for sixth after carding an even 144 at the TU Fall Invitational held at the Kinderlou Forest Golf Club Monday and Tuesday. 

Bannan, who shot 73-71, was one under on par three scoring and had six birdies and 24 pars in his two rounds.

Senior Sam Ledbury tied for 13th with matching 73s in his two rounds. Junior Dylan Miranda posted a 77-75 – 152 to tie for 33rd and freshman Chad Tracy shot 76-81 – 157. Senior Rory Henderson improved six strokes from his first to second round, recording an 83-77 – 160 to tie for 65th.

TU placed fifth in team standings, tallying a 299-296 – 595. 

Coastal Georgia won the team event with a 674 total, and CG's Chip Thompson posted a 69-69-138 to win individual honors. 

Thomas continues its fall season Sept. 29-Oct. 1 at the USC Beaufort Innisbrook Invitational held at the Copperhead Course in Palm Harbor, Fla.
