PANAMA CITY, Fla. – The Thomas University men's basketball team lost, 98-70, to Talladega College (Ala.) Saturday afternoon at the Battle at the Beach. 

The Night Hawks fall to 3-7 overall while Talladega improved to 9-2 with the victory. 

Joshua Scott led Thomas with 16 points, five rebounds and three assists while Trint Bryant pulled down four rebounds and recorded five points, two assists and a steal and Sheldon Hendrix had eight points. 

TU knocked down 47.2 percent (25-of-53) of its shots from the field, its best shooting performance of the season. 

Thomas concludes the Battle at the Beach Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. against Carver College.
