Payton Walton scored her first goal of the season in TU's 3-2 loss to University of South Carolina Beaufort Wednesday night at Fin Land Field.
Walton scored a header on a corner kick to open the scoring in the Sun Conference matchup.
USCB scored three straight goals to take the 3-1 lead with 10 minutes remaining in the game.

Emily Linscer one-touched a cross from outside the 15 to score the Night Hawks' second goal.
Jordin Sanchez made three saves in 90 minutes in goal.
TU is fifth in the Sun Conference standings with a 9-4-1 overall mark and 3-2-1 record in the league.
Thomas finishes the regular season with four straight home matches, beginning with a game against No. 1 Keiser Oct. 19, then No. 5 Southeastern Oct. 23.
