Alisha Clayton led the Night Hawks with 13 points and four rebounds in TU's 83-62 loss at the University of Mobile (Ala.) Tuesday night.
Clayton was 6-of-12 from the field and hit her only 3-point attempt. Senior
Dymon Brown added 11 points, four rebounds, four assists and a steal and senior
Micah Garvin swiped three steals while scoring nine points and grabbing four rebounds.
Mobile took a 14-11 first quarter lead, then outscored Thomas 22-10 in the second to take the 36-21 halftime lead. Despite battling back in the third and winning the fourth quarter, Mobile outscored TU 47-41 in the second period to take the 83-62 victory.
Thomas next travels to Albany State (Ga.) Nov. 27 for an exhibition game before returning to Sun Conference play at Florida Memorial University Nov. 29 and St. Thomas University Dec. 1, both in Miami Gardens, Fla.
