The Lady Night Hawks (33-12, 13-7) split on day one of the series with Webber International (13-21, 4-16) losing 8-4 the first game and then winning 14-1.
TU scored in the first off an RBI single from
Kelsey Connolly who scored
Kaitlyn Stoltz which reached first with a walk. The bats did not pick back up until the 7
th when TU was down 8-1 and had five hits scoring three runs to make the score 8-4. Starting pitcher,
Lauren West, gave up ten hits and seven runs pitching 5.1 innings while the defense had five errors.
Luana Imamura relieved West in the top of the 6
th giving up just one hit.
Trinity Strickland pitched the 7
th giving up 1 hit and 1 run. Two Night Hawks went 2-3 at the plate, freshman
Victoria Camina and junior
Kaylee Smith.
In game 2 the bats carried over from the 7
th inning of game one scoring eight runs off of nine hits in the 1
st inning and six runs off of four hits in the 2
nd inning for 14 runs.
Jessica Reid started on the mound for TU giving up one run with six hits and two strike outs. Four Night Hawks batted 1.000 in the game,

Gaby Mora went 2-3 with two homeruns and 4 RBI's, Connolly went 2-3 with 3 RBI's and
Taishadlene Kirindongo went 2-1 with a double.
TU will host Senior day tomorrow following the 12:00 o'clock game finishing our three game series with Webber International.Â
