Night Hawks Top St. Thomas 7-2

THOMASVILLE, Ga. – The ninth-ranked Thomas University softball team took down Saint Thomas University (Fla.), 7-2, on Friday at Armory Field. TU scored in every inning with three home runs.

The Night Hawks improved to 26-9, 6-4 in The Sun Conference, while the Bobcats went to 7-20, 3-7 in TSC. The two teams complete a three game series with a double header starting at noon on Saturday at Armory Field.

Kelsey Connolly hit 3-for-4 with three RBI's, two runs scored and two home runs, while Gaby Mora went 2-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI.

Lauren West picked up the win on six innings pitched with two runs, one earned, on four hits and struck out two.
