Night Hawks Sweep Edward Waters

THOMASVILLE, Ga. – The Thomas University softball team completed the season sweep of Edward Waters College (Fla.), 7-2 and 3-0, on Wednesday at Armory Field.

The Night Hawks improved to 13-3 on the year, while the Tigers fell to 5-16. TU travels to the Gulf Shores Tournament on Friday starting with No. 14 Martin Methodist (Tenn.) at 4 p.m.

GAME ONE

Victoria Camina went 2-for-3 with two runs scored in the leadoff spot, while Taishadlene Kirindongo hit 1-for-2 with a run scored and an RBI.

Ashley Sikes threw five innings with five runs on two hits and struck out three, while Luana Imamura threw the final two innings and allowed no runs on one hit.
