THE NIGHT HAWKS
Thomas University returns three players in Shaunice Bennett, Dymon Brown and Tess Wright from last season's team. Last year the Night Hawks went 14-14 on the season and made it to the semi-finals of The Sun Conference Tournament.

Bennett leads the returners with 7.5 points, 49 steals and 58 assists from a season ago. Wright led the teams last year with 43 three-pointers made and averaged 6.1 points per game with 21 steals and 53 assists. Brown averaged 5.7 points per game with 39 three-pointers made and 25 steals.

THE MARINERS
Coastal Georgia finished last season with an 11-18 record and fell in the first round of the conference tournament to Brenau University.

Ashanti Groover leads the returners averaging 10.3 points per game last season and pulled down 8.9 rebounds per game while leading the team with 50 blocks. Jamila Mayfield also returns for Coastal Georgia. Mayfield averaged 7.8 points and 5.3 rebounds with 31 blocks last year.

LAST TIME OUT
The two teams split games last season with each team winning on the road. The Night Hawks won the first meeting, 85-78, on Nov. 11, while Coastal Georgia won 67-63 on Dec. 14.
