Auburn University – Montgomery (6-1), swept TU Softball (5-10), 3-2 & 6-0, in a Friday afternoon double header in Montgomery, Ala.

In game one, the Lady Night Hawks held a 2-1 thru 6 ½ innings. AUM rallied to score two runs in the bottom of the seventh on four hits to win the game. Senior relief pitcher Aimee Johnson took the loss.

Thomas extended their losing streak to three games with the game two loss. Johnson (0-6) started and suffered the loss. TU was limited to only two hits and committed three errors in the game.

TU will return home on Sunday, hosting College of Coastal Georgia in a double header beginning at 1p.m.
