Aaron Sindhar enters his first season at Thomas University in the 2026-2027 academic year as Head JV Men's Soccer Coach and Assistant Coach.

Sindhar joined the Night Hawks coaching staff in July 2026 following a standout collegiate playing career and early success in the coaching ranks. Prior to arriving at Thomas University, he served as a soccer coach at Brookwood School in Thomasville, Georgia, where he worked with both middle school and high school student-athletes. In that role, he led daily training sessions, managed match-day operations, and implemented age-appropriate coaching strategies focused on technical development, character building, and fostering a competitive team environment.

A 2025 graduate of Thomas University, Sindhar earned a degree in Business Management with minors in Sport Studies and Psychology. During his time as a student-athlete, he was a four-year member of the Night Hawks men's soccer program and served as team captain. One of the most decorated players in recent program history, Sindhar became the first SSAC First Team All-Conference selection in Thomas University men's soccer history and the first Night Hawks defender to earn a first-team conference honor since 2018.
